Types of requests handled

Technical support

Bugs, login issues, display errors, usage assistance. For critical issues blocking the use of the application, we aim to respond within 48 business hours.

Billing and commercial inquiries

Questions about subscriptions, in-app purchases, invoices, refunds. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google depending on the platform. Webyss will assist you with any other subscription-related question.

Exercising GDPR rights

Under EU Regulation 2016/679, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time. Send your request to hello@webyss.fr stating which right you wish to exercise. We respond within one month at most.

Account and data deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data, see our account deletion procedure.

Content reporting

To report inappropriate, illegal or rights-infringing content, write to hello@webyss.fr with the subject "Content report". Reports are handled as a priority.

Security (vulnerabilities)

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in one of our applications, please write to hello@webyss.fr with the subject "Security". We commit to seriously reviewing any responsible disclosure.

Service availability

Webyss uses the technical means necessary to ensure availability of its applications 24/7. Planned maintenance may occasionally cause temporary interruptions, communicated in advance where possible. In case of an incident affecting a Webyss service, status updates are published through each application's channels.

Update policy

Applications published by Webyss receive regular updates intended to fix bugs, improve security, add features, or maintain compatibility with new operating system versions. We recommend enabling automatic updates on your device.
